Sponsorship Request

In an effort to be eco-friendly and efficient, we now use online donation requests. Please note that we do not accept requests made via email, phone, text or written mailer.

Each year we receive a large number of requests for charitable donations involving various types of support from across our distribution territory. While we recognize the value of all charitable work and try to approve as many of these requests as possible, we are simply unable to accommodate each organization seeking charitable support. Instead, we must make difficult choices, denying requests based on practical and budgetary considerations, not on how we view the importance of the particular charity or cause. Reed Beverage is happy to make donations to 501(c) organizations in our service area. Although not all requests can be filled, we do review every submitted request.

To submit your request, please read the following guidelines. If your event qualifies, please complete the form.

Keep in mind that:

All requests for donations must be submitted online at least six weeks prior to the event.

Requests submitted less than six weeks prior to the event may not be accepted.

Requests must include 501(c) status information.

All donations must be for events and organizations located within our current counties of distribution.

We do not sponsor:

Youth groups or teams including, but not limited to, little league, recreational, travel, high school, or school-related organizations such as PTAs.
School-affiliated field trips, graduations or school parties.
Organizations which are already tax supported or have a large amount of overhead.
Political or individual lobbying activities.
Operating or travel expenses
Contributing as a third party
Individual and family fundraisers are not generally honored without 501(c) documentation.

Limit one request per event.

By checking yes you acknowledge that you have read our donation policy guidelines and that all donations whether monetary, product, printing or logo merchandise will be used in the manner in which is stated above. You agree to abide by all state and federal regulations in regard to alcohol beverages. All product donations and logo merchandise must be picked up at the respective location as instruct by a company representative.

Donee agrees to follow and comply with all federal and state laws regulating alcoholic beverages.
Donee agrees to prohibit the possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors.
Donee agrees not to serve alcoholic beverages to intoxicated persons.
In the event anyone becomes intoxicated, Donee agrees to provide transportation of such person.
Donee agrees to follow a policy of “Drink Safely” and “Drive Sober”
Donee certifies that the product will be consumed in a wet territory as define by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
Donee assumes all responsibility and control of the donated products and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Reed Beverage, Inc. and its subsidiaries and/or any of its employees, All suppliers or any of their employees or subsidiaries.
